1. Services

We provide board leadership coaching and director development services as outlined in your order confirmation.

2. Info Products

Info products include digital manuals, guides, and recorded webinars delivered via secure access.

3. Goods

We may offer physical items such as workbooks or branded materials.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed via our website. Payment options include credit card and bank transfer. All fees are due in full before service delivery or product shipment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Coaching and Development Services

To cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date by emailing us or via the Contact Us form. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date will receive a full reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days of processing.

If you wish to transfer a service to another date, please notify us as soon as possible. We will accommodate date changes based on availability without additional charge.

5.2 Info Products

Due to the digital nature, we do not issue reimbursements once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted. If a product is defective or access fails, you may request support within 30 days. Upon verification, we will provide corrected access or a reimbursement within 14 days.

5.3 Goods

Physical goods may be sent back within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate, contact us for approval via the Contact Us form. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a reimbursement within 14 days to the original payment method. Shipping costs for sending back items are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective.

5.4 No-Reimbursement Policy

Custom or bespoke coaching packages are non-refundable due to the tailored nature of our work. We commit to delivering high-quality guidance and will offer alternative dates or formats if needed.

All services and products are provided on an as-is basis. Aaivooraa disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of our offerings.
